Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return it according to our return policy.
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement
- Cancellation requests must be made through your account dashboard
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun
- Digital products and services cannot be cancelled after delivery or access has been granted
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Original payment method will be refunded
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective
- Processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount
- Store credit options are available for faster processing
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
- Item must not be on our non-returnable items list
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Digital products and downloaded software
- Gift cards and promotional codes
- Perishable goods
- Personal care items
- Custom or personalized orders
